IEP Therapy is currently looking to hire an Instructional Assistant in the Fort Wayne, IN, area for a school based IA position. We currently have the following position available for the 2023-2024 school year:
FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:
- Instructional Assistant needed for a public school district working with elementary through high school students.
Instructional Assistant Responsibilities:
- Reviewing lessons or lectures with students on a one-on-one basis
- Supervising students in class, between classes and during recreation periods and field trips
- Assisting students with special learning requirements
- Collaborating with the Teacher to identify students’ issues and recommend solutions
Instructional Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 60 credit hours at a College/University
- OR pass the Praxis exam
