Our Director of First Impressions play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for skilled Director of First Impressions to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.
As the Director of First impressions, at Ignite Medical resorts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors. Your main duties will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing the front desk, and preparing and serving coffee and other beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby and cafe area, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service, and handling credit card transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service preferred.
Hours: Evenings and Weekends are required along with the occasional Holiday.
