Responsibilities
- Compliance Manager is responsible that the CT iLottery system is operated in compliance with the Internal Controls
- In charge of creating and maintaining said Internal Control (documents) in cooperation with other departments. And last but not least, supporting audits of Internal Controls (assuming that the audits themselves are done by Internal Audit).
- To liaise with and inform the corporate support Compliance team regarding compliance-related tasks and issues that are managed centrally. Probably there should be something about managing and ensuring adherence to the internal controls. And also we specifically must say that the Compliance Manager (or whatever we call it internally) must perform the regulatory role of Compliance Manager, as defined in the CT iLottery regulations, and obtain the requisite licenses.
- Responsible for the operation and integrity of internet games and gaming and reviewing all reports of suspicious activity that impacts the integrity of internet games and gaming in Connecticut
- Lead and manage process to report any relevant details and incident report to the proper channels, pursuant to contractual and regulatory obligations
- Perform functions of primary liaison and communicator with the regulator in Connecticut regarding contents of the Regulations and requirements to notify, report, any document for the DCP
- Contract Management Functions:
o Participates in contact negotiations for any amendments.
o Provides applicable liquidated damages and/or sanctions for Service Level Agreement (SLA) Incidents
o Reviews and interprets contract language for IGT Texas Account Team
o Escalates any contractual issues to TX ADM and Corporate Legal Department
o Oversee and manage all 3rd party subcontractor contracts for IGT TX Account
- Compliance:
o Manage Compliance Program for IGT CT
o Maintain Contract Management software that is utilized to efficiently manage all contractual requirements.
o Implement controls to ensure requirements/deliverables are being met and reduce sanction risk.
- Incident Management Functions:
o Suggests appropriate sanctions for reportable incidents.
o Discusses Sanction Issues with IGT Corporate Legal Department
o Discusses/Negotiates Liquidated Damages/Sanction Issues with Connecticut Lottery Corporation
o Supports CT ADM/Corporate Legal Department Discussion/Negotiation of Material Sanction Issues
- Third-Party Audits/Internal Audits:
o Direct interface with third party auditor for compliance reviews
o Oversees Internal Audit Review
o Reviews Draft Findings
o Assists in Draft of Management Response Findings

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $36,500 - $100,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
