The Production Test Technicians are the first responders for manufacturing issues that are detected at inspection points within manufacturing operations. Issues are diagnosed and resolved by this team along with support from Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering and Variant Configuration. Issue resolution intent is to drive improved quality at the source, through (1) improved upstream detection and (2) repeat event occurrence mitigation or prevention.
- Diagnose and solve a range of errors including machine electronic interactions resulting from the functions of the game as an integrated system.
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of test equipment.
- Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures.
- Assist in training test personnel, answers questions, and provides guidance.
- Support lower-level technicians to achieve consistent output from the production lines through resolution of complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment when necessary.
- Solve problems in creative, resourceful, and effective ways.
- Escalates highly complex issues or requests to meet manufacturing operational needs.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $25/hr - $30/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
