Responsibilities
Join the WINNING TEAM here at IGT! IGT is a world leader in the lottery and gaming industry. As a full-cycle Recruiter, you will partner with the global human resource team, business leaders and the global talent acquisition leadership team to implement best in class talent acquisition practices. As part of a team, the person in this role will manage the sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of new hires for a variety of positions in IGT North America.
Responsibilities
- Working with hiring managers to create job requisitions and post open positions to the IGT Career site platform
- Review and format job descriptions to attract top talent, maintaining consistency and accuracy
- Phone screen potential candidates to determine fit, potential, and interview possibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for the hiring manger, both virtual and onsite
- Engage with direct hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategies and best practices
- Operate as the subject matter experience in the area of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to your internal stakeholders and external applicants
- Manage third-party job postings and resume sourcing, primarily through IGT Careers and really
- Work very closely with HR leadership to determine compensation and start date
- Create and process offers of employment, ensuring verbal and written processes are competed
- Work with IGT Security to ensure prehire processes are initiated and completed
Qualifications
- Onsite position, able to work in our Reno office during normal business hours
- 2 years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Experience from corporate or large organization recruiting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience preferred
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing tools and recruiting systems; Success Factors or People Center a plus
- Experience in the utilization of internet sourcing, networking, social media and job boards
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must have top tier follow-up, task tracking and customer service aptitude
- Strong experience in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,600 - $64,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
