Summary
The General Manager directs the operation of an assigned unit by performing the duties outlined below.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with !HOP restaurant hourly Team Members, Corporate and Regional Team Members, and guests.
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Prepare regular reports
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Comply with federal, state and local regulations that are applicable to the assigned unit
- Provide solutions to issues (e g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Ensure employees work productively
- Responsible for hiring and developing employees to build a strong team-building culture

Requirements
- 2 years of restaurant management experience required
