## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, planning, direct to business and direct to consumer sales initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships in the Caribbean. This successful candidate will be responsible for bringing an innovative product to market and driving a subscription program designed to appeal to tourists visiting the Caribbean. The job is a hybrid position that requires travel back and forth between the USA and the Caribbean Islands.
## Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
-Launch new innovative subscription-based products targeted at tourists
-Achieve defined weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
-Negotiate and structure corporate partnerships with international travel agencies, airlines and hotels to drive business
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Utilize appropriate methods to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams on project management and delivery
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently initiate and close deals effectively
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
