What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanic - entry level position at IK Hofmann?
Hydraulic Cylinder mechanic, no prior hydraulic experience necessary. Must be mechanically inclined.
Job Responsibilities
Disassemble and reassemble heavy equipment and components
Familiarity with warehouse operations and loading/unloading procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
Forklift experience a plus
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Essential Job Functions
Frequently positioning oneself to perform work tasks
This position operates tools, objects, and controls as necessary
Ability to work in different climates, such as extremely hot/humid or cold, for an entire shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
