We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, display, and email marketing.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, videos, and graphics.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase website traffic, improve lead generation, and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Generate regular reports and insights on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
