Il Fornaio Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements / Responsibilities
Applicant must have:
A minimum of 1 year of upscale dining management and table service experience
- A strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service details
- Full bar with "hands on" specialty cocktail preparation
- CA and Italian wine service knowledge
- A history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry
- A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- RBS Certifcation
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- A positive leadership style.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
