Role & Responsibilities:
- The list below is a summary of responsibilities for this position.
- Collections of a portfolio of customers, that includes communications with the customers both written and verbal.
- Process/Maintain the creation of manual Invoices and credit memos.
- Process/Maintain credit references, both incoming and outgoing requests, Paper invoice delivery to our customers.
- Monitor/Maintain the AR email inbox, Electronic invoice delivery into customer portals.
