Position Summary

This position supervises the Surveillance Technician(s) and prioritizes, organizes, and assigns work projects, will also perform duties of Surveillance Technician.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Provides daily direction for the Surveillance Technician(s) by supervising activities, providing performance feedback both formally and informally, interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures and communicating effectively.
• Analyzes workload and assigns work and / or projects to ensure completion in a timely manner.
• Electronic systems troubleshooter.
• Is on-call for emergency technical issues.
• Responsible for record keeping related to assigned projects.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Possess a strong understanding of the logistics of a digital surveillance system.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead groups.
• Good interpersonal, oral, written and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to thoroughly understand and apply the principles of "Electronic Theory".
• Ability to use manual and / or power tolls related to installation in new construction and / or old construction in a low-voltage environment.
• Ability to work in high areas using both ladders and aerial lifts.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations by analyzing, prioritizing, and using sound judgement to resolve issues.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
• Due to the sensitive nature of the Surveillance position, transfer options may be limited to other departments.
