Position Summary:
Provide analysis and reporting on slot machine and table games performance, labor and
scheduling, and casino profitability to improve overall casino profits and efficiency.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes superior guest service.

- Responsible for Business Intelligence Reports & Dashboards.
- Provides analysis and reporting on slot machine & table games performance, labor & scheduling, and casino profitability to improve overall casino profits and efficiency.
- Analyze effects of machine changes, table games rules & side bets, floor location, market factors, and service standards to improve management's decision-making.
- Creates reports and dashboards to standardize and automate metrics to be shared with senior leadership.
- Works with various business units and IT to identify specific needs and account for those needs in various analyses.
- Works with the business to identify pertinent data within existing sources and conduct in-depth audits to ensure their accuracy.
- Works with the business and IT to identify and provide access to new and external data sources that enhance reporting and analytics.
- Develop automated, and in some cases real-time, marketing and casino operations reports and dashboards that help marketers focus on what is important or what are outliers that require action.
- Derives insight from the analytics and makes recommendations and communicates insight narratives to senior leadership and peers.
- Trains property counterparts in the full use of the BI tools to maximize benefit.
- Maintains a constant pulse on new features within the various BI tools, communicates these features to relevant team members, and enhances our reporting capabilities when applicable.
- Monitors results of business initiatives to develop best practices and improvement action plans.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Two (2) years’ of producing metrics and analytics specific to casino gaming.
- Experience analyzing slot machine and/or table game performance.
- Must manage multiple projects and competing deadlines and be very detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, and internal and external guests.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment when on the casino floor.
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures (wear a face mask, other appropriate PPE, social distance).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstratable experience with data visualization, report, and dashboard tools such as Gaming Analytics, Viz Explorer, CMP, TIBCO Spotfire, SAS Bl, Tableau, Cognos and/or QlikView preferred.
- Understanding of the casino customer experience as well as innovative loyalty techniques preferred.
- Experience with deriving insight from the analytics and crafting and communicating the insight narrative to senior leadership and peers preferred.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
