iLending is Growing!! We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting team to hire outstanding team members in CO, TX and SC. The ideal candidate is an accomplished Recruiter with experience in a high growth environment.
Compensation: Base salary of $90,000-$130,000 annual bonus.
General Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition is a startup-minded, talent acquisition leader working closely with the internal Recruiting team and executive leaders to grow our Austin, TX, and Columbia, SC offices. They set the strategic direction to identify, implement and refine our recruiting processes, tools and resources and ensure that we meet our annual hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment activities, lead the strategic recruiting efforts for the organization and oversee a small team of recruiters
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete for top talent in the market.
- Position iLending as a great place to work and design & execute branding strategy with the Marketing team
- Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to improving the quality of candidates and time to hire
- Work with local partners to understand and target complexities in TX & SC markets
- Lead recruiters that are responsible for managing their own requisitions and searches.
- Provide trainings and resources around interviewing techniques and best practices to all hiring managers
- Measure and improve key business metrics (Glassdoor ratings, really ratings, Time to Fill, etc)
- Manage Best Places to work initiatives in CO, TX, SC.
- Explore and utilize various sourcing channels like networking, direct sourcing, social media, iLending career site, employee referrals, Job portals, and other new venues
- Build relationships with university campuses for opportunities in entry-level roles
- Manage to a recruitment budget
- Identify opportunities to increase the diversity of the candidate pool by partnering with internal and external organizations that support the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
- Develop relations with industry related schools, relevant organizations to attract and hire for entry level positions in CO, TX and SC
- Consult with hiring managers on recruiting process, strategy and expectations, looking for opportunities for process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 years’ of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management
- Experience creating and implementing a recruitment strategy across an organization of a similar size, 300 employees
- Experience leading and developing a recruitment team of 2 individuals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Organized and strong follow-up and follow through skills with an ability to influence others
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Positive, proactive and collaborative demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Reputation for accountability, and for delivering high quality results within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
- Must be able to travel 30% of the time
