A global, AM ranked law firm are currently seeking a Mid-Level Construction Litigation Associate to join their Construction Law practice group in Atlanta, Georgia. This group includes lawyers that are recognised locally and nationally as leaders in construction law and who concentrate on the representation of owners/employers, developers, and contractors in complex transactional litigation matters concerning the development and construction of major projects.
Experience:
Desired candidates must have 2-5 years' experience in Construction Litigation, focusing on the transactional and litigation needs of national and international clients in the development and construction industry. Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school is required, as well as strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills. Additionally, candidates must be self-starters inclined towards sophisticated casework and creative strategies.
