Description: Director of Marketing and Communications, Full Time Administration
Reports To: Vice President for Student Services
Salary Range: Exempt, starting salary $74,491 based on experience; excellent benefits package
Position Summary: Responsible for providing leadership and oversight for all college marketing and communications as well as legislative and community outreach. This includes direction, oversight, and guidance for digital and traditional marketing and college communications. This position is also responsible for assisting other College personnel with the development of marketing materials and ensuring their alignment with the overall brand standards and vision of the College.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred with emphasis in marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in the marketing, advertising, or public relations industry required.
- At least one year of previous supervisory experience required.
- Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication skills, and ability to work independently or as a team required.
- Project management experience required.
- Experience with the MS Office suite of programs required; other software systems (ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.) preferred.
- Evidence of collaboration and innovation preferred.
Working Conditions: Campus office environment
