What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Operations Coordinator position at ILoca Services, Inc.?
Under general supervision, the Branch Operations Coordinator will perform a variety of logistics, administrative and sales functions to effectively, efficiently and timely coordinate service to both internal and external customers.
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming calls and perform daily routine office duties
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Act as a liaison between rental customers and sales staff
- Process rental reservations, including lease data entry
- Perform in-bound and out-bound trailer inspections
- Maintain a complete and accurate daily gate log
- Partner with HQ parts department to grow the branch’s parts sales
- Coordinate and invoice rental equipment deliveries/pickup and movements between branches
- Interface with corporate accounting and administration, as well as other branch locations as needed
- Provide clear communications with customers regarding rental unit damages and insurance issues
- Maintain customer and trailer files
- Create and invoice work tickets for internal and customer repairs
- Adhere to company safety policies and programs
- Conduct periodic yard inventories, keep the yard operational and functional by removing debris and snow as needed
- Initiate outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads via cold calling for our lines of business
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred education and experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in a business environment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Microsoft 365

Salary : $49,000 - $54,000
