We provide ourselves in the community and relationships that we build with our members. We are not your ordinary fitness studio as we demonstrate genuine concern and care for our members and their well-being. We are looking for another team member in the
Greater Tampa Bay area who is:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-designed, high-energy kickboxing workouts to groups of 30 clients or more in a positive high-energy manner
• Build ILKB attendance and retain current clientele
• Demonstrate proficiency in all types of social media
• Ensure the safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
• Attend regular staff fitness meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns/feedback in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution and retention when applicable
• Be sales driven and goal oriented for yourself and the studio
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the studio
• Market ILKB Oldsmar inside and outside the ILKB studio
• Assist with community outreach as needed
• Be flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays
• Provide progress and regress exercises on the fly, in real time

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Fitness minded, being able to take and teach an hour long high intensity kickboxing class
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Social media proficiency is a MUST

Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour
