The Systems Administrator M365 / Azure AD role is to take ownership of all IT services needs from top level network and Azure management to basic workstation troubleshooting and service ticket level support for employees.

The Systems Administrator M365 / Azure AD role is to take ownership of all IT services needs from top level network and Azure management to basic workstation troubleshooting and service ticket level support for employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage & maintain Microsoft M365 suite of applications (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune)
- Manage & maintain Azure AD and SSO integration of 3rd party applications
- Troubleshoot & resolve end user hardware, software, & connectivity issues, including user access & systems configuration
- Build, enhance, test, & deploy Windows images using Intune and/or other imaging tools
- Build, maintain, & execute endpoint patching strategy, software installs, upgrades, and uninstalls
- Service desk on-going management and reporting.
- Define and implement plans to reduce manual work effort through automation and process efficiencies.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements for business teams and leadership.
- Own 3rd party Managed Services Provider relationship provide 1st level IT support to our practices
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of experience as Systems Administrator focused in M365/Azure AD suite of applications or in a similar role.
- Highly proficient in desktop technologies (Windows, Mac, Microsoft offerings including Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
- Experienced with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Experienced with Power Automate.
- Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts and the ability to use this knowledge toward development of processes around the ITIL framework.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills.
- Must be highly curious, driven, and disciplined.
