ABOUT THE POSITION
The Client Partnerships Lead is responsible for the management of client relationships for clients on our Pylot platform, these clients are multi-location businesses that we support by scaling solutions to all their locations. This role will work with our clients to launch websites for new locations, and execute digital campaigns for existing locations. Working with the Internal and External stakeholders to execute solutions across multiple websites. This role is the leader that makes sure all work delivered by the agency exceeds client expectations and is delivered to the highest standards Imaginuity strives for. This individual will also play a role in mentoring junior account services team members, acting as a player/coach to ensure client-facing work is executed with precision, timeliness and within budget
CLIENT PARTNERSHIPS LEAD ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain thoughtful understanding of client's business and key competitive set
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the marketing communications plan (strategy, target, media, messaging, measurement, etc.).
- Collaboratively work with the product team to ensure the platform is delivering on the needs of the clients.
- Work with internal teams to execute strategies.
- Support senior client partnership team in reporting on trends affecting client businesses, including economic, industry, competitive and cultural factors.
- Understand website development protocols and processes.
- Develop project briefs, media briefs, project plans, and measurement plans.
- Understand how KPIs are identified to support marketing objectives and participates in the collection and reporting of campaign results.
- Work with support team to ensure they are equipped with the context to always deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Participate in Product Roadmap planning to ensure we are anticipating the clients needs and building solutions into the Pylot platform.
- Oversee the project development process – ensuring the work meets agency standards and is on-brief, on-budget ,and on-time.
- Manage client expectations and ensures work delivered meets and exceeds them.
- Participate in internal project milestone reviews, providing constructive feedback and insight into potential client hot buttons.
- Participate in the development of agency “selling story” and presents when needed.
- Attend and contribute to all client presentations, setting client expectations beforehand and managing feedback in the meetings.
- Write and distribute reports post conferences.
- Ensure the agency operates on a solid foundation by building strong working relationships with clients at all levels.
- Maintain almost daily contact with the client, and actively seeks feedback.
- Work to bring all parties to consensus (client, creative, development, support, media, etc).
- Listen and respond constructively to others’ ideas and points of view.
- Easily build rapport and trust with agency and client partners.
- Knows their client contacts so well that they develop and pay attention to their “6th Sense” with the client, raising a red flag when something is awry
- Understand client contract and scope of work, and is responsible for managing the identification of projects that fit within or outside that scope
- Monitor labor utilization reports against contract/SOW to protect account profitability; reviews with senior management.
- Contribute to account growth by listening for and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and/or scope of work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 5 years of relevant Marketing experience
- Established track record of managing the delivering of marketing programs either within an agency or in-house client environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Ability to manage deadlines in a shifting environment with competing priorities
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Stellar communication skills
- Possesses a working knowledge of marketing principles across disciplines (messaging, media, web development, social)
- Track record of successfully managing the development of marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to organize ideas and express ideas clearly (both orally and written)
- Capable of presenting ideas/opinions with confidence
- Grasps importance of teamwork and building rapport with others
- Able to proactively anticipate problems and provide solutions
- Possesses strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Recognizes the importance of working to a high professional standard
