IMCO is celebrating 65 years. We are looking for a self driven Trailer Sales Manager to help us retain and acquire customer relationships. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales through relationships in transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by working closely with company team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure long relationships.
- Own recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Solidify manufacturer relationships for future growth.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports
- Have a exceptional knowledge of products to sell and train on.
Skills
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to develop strong trusted relationships
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Colorado State Sales License
- Must be able to communicate with Service and Parts departments, throughout the sales process.
- Spanish Speaking a big plus. Se habla espnanol.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
