Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate sales leads and close sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IMER products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and presentations to customers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of IMER products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and post-sale support.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage and update customer accounts, records, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Social Media Monitoring & interaction
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
