- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential quality issues and develop strategies for improvement
- Manage projects related to quality control, including the development of testing protocols and the evaluation of new equipment or processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fabricating processes and techniques
- Extensive experience in quality control, including the ability to analyze data, perform inspections, and conduct audits
- Proficient in QA/QC methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, including CGMP and FDA regulations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
