Job Function
- Regulate and adjust medication and treatments per consultations with physician, monitoring closely for adverse side effects.
- Participate in formal and informal resident teaching activities aimed at promoting positive health practices and an understanding of the individual’s medical issue(s).
- Coordinate and utilize other community health care resources.
- Coordinate and facilitate medical follow-up and implementation of recommended medical care.
- Provide direct supervision of associates and direct their daily work flow.
- Move-In or Move-Out residents as required.
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as necessary and in accordance with established policies.
- Inspect Med Tech carts daily to ensure they are maintained in a clean and safe manner.
- Follow established infection control procedures.
- Ensure all nursing care is provided in privacy, and that residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Assist with direct resident care as needed.
Employment Requirements
- Vaccinated with the COVID - 19 vaccine
- Valid Arizona LPN license
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will pay for and help you to obtain)
- Current TB test (we will pay for and help you to obtain)
- Current Hands-on CPR/First Aide Certification
- Experience in AL Dementia Care (preferred)

Shift available
This is a Non-Exempt FLSA status position working in our Assisted Living. The days are Monday – Friday 8 – 4:30 schedule. Shift preference will be discussed during interview.
