The incumbent will serve as a network/system analyst for the Account Management Office (AMO), engaged in designing and developing an enterprise Information Technology (IT) Centralized Request Intake system to house customer requests, analysis data, business cases, governance decisions, and process improvement requirements.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.GS-14 grade level: One year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal service); experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) and other characteristics to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as: Directs and oversees projects and programs, identifying and shaping the goals of the organization; designs and implements custom algorithms, workflow processes, and layouts for enterprise-scale data sets used for modeling, data mining and research purposes; designing, developing, testing, configuring, and documenting a custom IT Request Intake (ITRI) system.
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-13) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.
Selective Placement Factor: Documented experience providing detailed reporting and analysis over yearly budgetary obligations.

Major Duties:
- Organize and maintain the process of consolidating multiple data sources from different functional areas of the organization
- Develop and write processes for disparate data sources and formats for importing to the ITCRI Data Warehouse system
- Work closely with the engineering team(s) to ensure that changes to the ITCRI inputs are properly approved, documented, and deployed
- Coordinate and manage the overall service provided to a customer end-to-end
