We are seeking a talented and experienced Immigration Attorney with a focus on Employment-Based Immigration to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing immigration law and a proven track record in employment-based immigration.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and PERM applications.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate advice on immigration matters.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions, including all supporting documentation and correspondence with relevant government agencies.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that they are informed of the status of their cases and provide excellent client service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in good standing.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in employment-based immigration law.
- Experience with preparing and filing a variety of employment-based immigration petitions and applications.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu/Gujarati is a plus.
