Position: Account Executive -– Construction
Location: Chicago – Midwest
Company that provides AI solutions to the construction sector is looking for an Account Executive / Solution Consultant to cover the Midwest.
The individual should have a background and proven track record of success in selling technology into the construction sector.
Responsibilities:
• Individual will focus on targeting new accounts within a defined territory
• They will prospect, participate in outbound activities and develop existing accounts
• Be expected to build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting
• Understand construction companies business needs
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales to construction sector or executive in that sector - must
• Have sold technology to General Contractors
• Credibility in the construction sector
• Passionate about construction and/or technology and believe in the impact that using advanced technologies could bring the construction industry
• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
• Determined and target orientated
• Copes well under pressure
• VDC Director or Manager who want to get into technology sales will be considered
