As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating project teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our multifamily developments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal management.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays or disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
