What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at Impact Solutions?
Day to Day:
- Managing and executing projects as designated by the Marketing Manager.
- Working with Marketing Manager and Sales Administrator to integrate Marketing campaigns with customer promotions.
- Keeping up with industry and competitive trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities.
- Coordinating trade shows as well as association events
- Coordinating annual Golf Outing
- Working with other departments as needed to help promote the company's brand, its products and
services. - Working with Marketing Manager to develop and refine strategies for marketing processes.
- Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
- Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Perform administrative duties such as copies, fax, files, phones, etc.
- Serve as the contact for the Marketing Department as needed.
- Maintains and manages Zoom Info
- Run, oversee and execute Engage & Outreach programs
Experience and Education
- 1-2 years media relations at an agency or corporate setting
- BA/BS in Marketing, PR or related communications field
Salary : $31,600 - $40,000
