ImpactBio is building a team of Clinical Specialists to support DELFI Diagnostics in a new and exciting Commercial role. DELFI unleashes the power of machine learning and next-generation liquid biopsies to detect cancer in a whole new way to help people live longer, healthier, cancer-free lives by detecting cancer early. This is a fulltime position with ImpactBio with a potential to be hired directly by DELFI in the future. The Clinical Specialists will be a part of the “Impact” Team for DELFI and will work in a Hybrid role, with both in-field days and virtual days, as business dictates. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Specialists that will “Sell through Education”, acting as the clinical expert to educate staff and ensure pull-through of the tests in HCP offices and Health Systems. The Clinical Specialist will represent DELFI, their culture, mission and passion in the pursuit to radically improve health outcomes and save lives. The Clinical Specialist will focus on education and workflow within target accounts to ensure proper implementation, usage, and that protocol is being followed for patient follow up. What you will be doing:

• The Clinical Specialists will work with the DELFI Key Accounts and Partnership Executive and their specified offices to ensure proper implementation, usage, and that protocol is being followed for test usage and patient follow up.
• Collaborate with DELFI Key Accounts and Partnership Executive as the Clinical Expert on Health System sales calls with clinical staff and c-suite executives.
• Act as the Clinical Expert in the field focusing on education, pull-through and workflow.
• Design and implement Quarterly Business Plan for assigned geography.
• Work with internal DELFI stakeholders to setup Customer Accounts in DELFI’s Provider Portal to manage patient tests.
• Manage customer relationships in defined geographic territory to drive test usage.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales volume objectives.
• Coordinate appropriate support resources within DELFI (i.e. Client Services, MD’s, etc.) to maximize and strengthen customer relationships.
• Maintain a detailed customer database within Salesforce CRM system.
• Provide timely feedback to DELFI management regarding market trends, competitor activity, and new product/services improvements.
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all customer/company interactions; work within HIPPA regulations with all patient information.
• Attend Trade Shows to represent DELFI – approx. 6-10 per year, HLTH & CHEST are examples; includes weekend travel.
• Remains compliant with all regulations in the course of carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies.
• Other responsibilities as necessary to perform position.

Must haves:

• RN with BA/BS Degree or BSN required.
• Experience in a sales or customer-facing role in Diagnostics, Life Sciences or the Medical Device Industry is required.
• Experience working in a HIPAA and CLIA regulated environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations on Clinical & Sales materials with the goal of increasing sales and / or usage of a product or service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using a CRM system, Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience working in an environment with defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
• Proven ability to provide a high level of customer support through multiple channels, i.e. telephony, email, video, in-person.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as work in a team environment.
• Ability for 50% overnight travel to manage territory and / or attend meetings.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable driving record.
