**Job Overview:**

Seeking a qualified individual to lead a 3 person team in a fast paced environment for a growing small business. This individual should have 3 years of leadership experience along with detail, paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF and vinyl know how. We are a fast growing business that is trying to focus on more PPF and coating jobs. You would be in charge of day to day operations of the shop space reporting directly to the owner who you would be taking over for.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of the shop's operations, including staff, project deadlines, inventory etc.

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional results

- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proven experience in shop management or a similar role

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Experience in PPF, tint, vinyl, detailing and coatings

- Ability to change direction at the drop of a hat

- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
