Overview
P&R Paper, a division of Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, has a position open in Redlands, CA. The Sales department is hiring a talented Sales Assistant! The Sales Assistant would be working with Work closely with the Internal Sales Team (Project Manager, School District Sales Specialist, Field Rep). The Sales Assistant would also be assisting with Order entry, Quoting, Back-order status, Product sourcing, and Inventory status. Conduct research and prepare and manage data for team use.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Focus on account retention while incorporating growth in both existing and new accounts.
- Work closely with team members, vendors, and other parties as needed to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of customer service.
- Daily Tasks

- Coordinate & implement objectives in a timely manner
- Prepare, share, and manage information & data for team use
- Manage calendar & timeline for special activities and events
- Conduct research via internet, manufacturer publications, etc.
- Prepare and understand government bids and pricing renewals
- Prepare & analyze data
- Usage & inventory forecasting
- Profitability analysis
- Order guide management
- Prepare customer presentations and conduct meetings as needed
- Price quotes & comparisons
- “CIP (Cost Improvement Program) analysis
- Corporate level communications to be published to the customer
- Product Sourcing
- Cost Negotiation
- Samples
- Other assigned/related tasks as needed
Qualifications
You have:
- High School Education required, some college preferred
- Infor, Data PA, Reports
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Pivot tables, Word, Outlook, Publisher

Salary: $19.00-$20.00/Hourly
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
