JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Department’s mission is to support IPFS’s growth goals by identifying, qualifying and distributing target opportunities for Sales Executives and Account Executives. This is done through voice, email and Salesforce.com campaigns. The Bilingual Inside Sales Executive is responsible for handling these inbound leads and qualifying the opportunities using set processes and best practices. The Bilingual Inside Sales Executive is responsible retaining and growing current customer base while also offering additional products IPFS offers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Qualify & cultivate leads until needed to move to Account executive for quoting/closing the business.
- Cultivate target contacts/leads via Hubspot/Salesforce cadences which focus on the use of phone and email contacts.
- Minimum of 70 calls per day; Targeting New agents to book deals.
- Targeting 4, 5, and 6 customer tiers to increase growth.
- Collaborate with Account executives to convert targets into active customers.
- Drive New Agent growth for IPFS.
- Increase Growth for existing customer tiers 4, 5, and 6.
- Measure results to focus activity and process on most valuable opportunities to improve results.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1-2 years phone sales, call center or similar type position
- Insurance sales and/or service, finance background
- Salesforce experience, or similar CRM
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Results-driven
- Professional phone skills
- Ability to engage with new prospects/people daily
- MUST be Bilingual
- Remote Opportunity in Select States (Arizona, Texas, New York, Washington and Florida)
