Job Description: QA Analyst
Overview
QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying risks and errors, and ensuring 100% accuracy in all outgoing orders. The QA Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards within our operations, ensuring that every order meets the highest levels of accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities:
CORE
Adherence to SOPs
- Ensure all employees adhere strictly to SOPs.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with SOPs.
- Submit Change Logs to update and revise SOPs as necessary to reflect best practices and improvements while maintaining compliance with ISO-13485 Standards.
- Provide training to employees on SOPs and quality control procedures.
- Identify potential risks and errors in processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Order Accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of all outgoing orders to ensure 100% compliance with order specifications.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures for outgoing shipments.
- Report out all data collected from quality control checks around the warehouse.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Oversee the shipping process to ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with logistics to streamline shipping processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure that all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality control checks and report findings.
- Implement corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
- Train employees on quality control standards and practices.
- Document training of employees.
- Partner with the Warehouse Management Team to hold employees accountable for repeated issues.
