Qualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year college in Technical and/or Industrial Management. Minimum 4 - 10 years in Industrial Management. Minimum 4 - 10 years of related production experience in continuous improvement processes such as Six Sigma and /or Lean Methodologies. Internal Auditing experience and knowledge. ASQ Certification is preferred.

Physical Demands: This position works in both an office and a production environment and requires wearing foot and other personal protective equipment while performing duties in a manufacturing setting. It may continuously stand for a period, stoop, and kneel. May handle, feel, and reach for items in and around the press area; write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking, lifting, and moving up to 40 lbs may be required. Vision: close vision, distance, and color vision to distinguish color variations, peripheral and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. It cannot be color-blind. The noise level in the manufacturing area is usually medium to loud. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Must be able to work overtime as required by workload and customer-mandated deadlines. The physical demands described above represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
