The Job
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the team to drive organizational success. We will look to the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive work culture, and oversee employee relations. The HR Manager is integral in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting employee growth and well-being. They are also instrumental in resolving conflicts, implementing performance management strategies, and promoting a workplace environment that aligns with Imprint’s values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of a highly regulated industry
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation, ensuring a consistent and fair application across the organization
- Partner with HRIS (Justworks) and legal counsel to maintain legal and regulatory changes impacting the sector and ensure the Imprint's compliance with relevant employment laws
- Collaborate with People Ops team on employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, professional development, compliance, leave management and off-boarding
- Help to build, implement and provide a best-in-class employee experience to support a hybrid employee base
- Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for process improvement/evolution
- Resolve complex challenges within People Operations as we scale
Your Day-to-Day
- Serve as a go-to person for day-to-day HR questions
- Update internal company tools to make it easier for employees to access relevant information about company operations and resources
- Support the implementation and rollout of programs such as performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and policy updates
We Are Looking For Folks With
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on policy development and/or compliance, preferably in the FinTech sector
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- A solution orientation and a bias towards action

Annual salary range: $140k-$160k, performance bonus and competitive equity package
