Summary Description
We are looking for a motivated, results driven and customer-focused professional to support a Customer Relationship and Accounts/Access Management team for a government client. Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Exchange with outstanding troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and spoken communication skills with demonstrated customer service excellence working with VIPs. Understanding of a mission-focused customer and a commitment to supporting the mission.
· Support Classified and Unclassified networks
· Support VIP customer base including mission-critical teams such as the Operations Center, Crisis Management, and Task Forces
Requirements
· 3 years of demonstrable experience with Active Directory
· 2 years Dept of State experience
· Network and SMART Account Management (creation/deletion/transfer/update/track)
· Knowledge of Access Control Management (shares/files/databases/SharePoint)
· Troubleshooting Account, Profiles and AD Objects
· Use of PowerShell Scripts
· Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange 2016 and O365, Exchange Admin Center (AD objects such as Shared Mailboxes/Distribution Lists/Contacts/Resource Calendars)
· Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing system
Hours:
· Ability to support 24/7 operations as well as on-call rotation during crises.
· Available during government closures and weekends for special projects on as needed basis.
