We are an innovative team of creators harnessing the twin powers of optimism and empathy to turn patients and healthcare providers into brand believers. We are one of the fastest growing and most exciting agencies today and we’re looking for a Designer to join our consumer creative team on projects for global clients with household names.    

Your primary mission? Solving design problems with maximum visual impact. Our designers think beyond their computers and use every creative tool in their arsenal to produce amazing work. The ability to listen, collaborate, and proactively solve problems are imperative for great design. We are looking for a designer with a passion for ideas that’s not only confident in the social space, but wants to work in new media like TikTok, Web3 and beyond. We want someone with an eagerness to do great work for big name clients who is reliable, resourceful, and wants to be part of the squad. There is a lot of opportunity for growth, and massive amounts of autonomy in this role. We’re not a “point and do” agency, so bring your ideas and initiative.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Design and execute dynamic visual content to support integrated campaigns for globally known, heritage clients.
  • Executing large editorial calendars of animation and motion design-based content for channels and platforms including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, event activations, and even Web3.
  • Collaborates closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to create interesting, visually dynamic ideas and executions.
  • Display expertise in creating meaningful, human-based content.
  • Bring big ideas to how we illustrate strategic creative thinking.
  • Collaborate across departments to sell-in great creative work. This includes the intangibles of communication and presentation skills.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets completed to required deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Portfolio required that displays proficiency in After Effects and any other motion-graphics or animation-based programs.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking principles, photography, illustration, and typography.
  • Motion/3D design skills are a MUST.
  • Resourcefulness—doesn’t just wait for direction. Take initiative and make it happen.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with others.
  • Show a passion for what’s next. Constantly bring innovative techniques to how we communicate with audiences.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to team members within the organization.
  • Efficiently handle multiple assignments at one time.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Design Suite and proficiency in MS Office suite.
