We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes across various departments within the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

· Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.

· Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings.

· Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Customer service experience required.

· Some experience with home healthcare services preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
