Position Overview

Customer Support Specialists are responsible for consulting with clients from our online portal to advise on their services. In this position you will talk to business owners to offer custom solutions on getting their business launched and ready to grow!

 

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients that have inquired about our services and through our online portal
  • Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer’s needs when qualifying them
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation to increase customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
