Qualifications
· The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers to drive Data Platform and Advanced Analytics solutions to productions
· 5 years of success in consultative/complex data engineering projects including architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required
· Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects
· Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects
· Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management, Data Engineers, ML Engineers and Data Scientist)
· Experience working in banking environment and familiarity with lending data types and processes - origination, collections, FICO, etc.)
· Extensive knowledge in data visualization and analytical tools
· Strong technical acumen, project management, business development, and communication skills
· Experience with project leadership overseeing a team of technical experts, with a demonstrated ability for time management and mentorship
· Ability to explain to internal and external stakeholders the meaning of data insights, data analytics, and the rationale for a particular analysis as it was performed
· Technical aptitude and experience to learn new technologies and understand relevant cloud trends
· Bachelor s Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Statistics or related quantitative STEM field
· 5 years of experience in project/product planning & implementation experience related to data management, reference data, data warehousing, BI & Analytics, and ETL
Responsibilities:
· This is a customer-facing role, owning overall technical relationship between customer and Incedo Data teams
· You will own the Data Platform & Advanced Analytics technical customer engagements within our strategic high-growth banking clients - including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or MVPs
· Responsible for coordinating and managing requirements, data and analytical deliverables across multiple organizations through extensive use of established project management principles and MR Essentials
· Manage ServiceNow intake process and coordinate with incident triage process
· Lead the Front-End Development Analytics team in the breakdown of multiple interdependent projects for delivery
· Develop deep relationships with key customer stakeholders and IT decision makers
· Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with business and platform teams to remove key blockers
