What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embryologist II position at Inception?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in all ART procedures (egg retrieval, embryo assessment, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo transfer, and embryo vitrification/warming)
- Experience in embryo biopsy and egg vitrification/warming is preferred
- Strong background knowledge in Reproductive Science
- Strong communication skills (proficiency in written and spoken English)
- Adaptability and coachable
- Take initiative and commitment
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2 years of experience owning your role as an Embryologist, or related position.
- 2 years of experience working in an IVF Lab environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in biological science.
- CFAS certified Embryologist status is an asset.
- Demonstrate innovative, analytical abilities, leadership skills, and exceptional communication skills to deliver excellent patient care.
