Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our presence. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional hustle, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve sales targets.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management in the professional services industry

- Strong track record of business-to-business sales and complex negotiations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Pay: $72,684.09 - $87,533.53 per year
