As a Program Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Member Experience Department. Some primary tasks include but not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to member, providers, Inclusa colleagues, etc. and support administrative requests.
- Complete special projects/assignments.
- Maintain spreadsheets for various purposes as needed.
- Process and direct incoming mail, faxes and emails as appropriate.
- Provide support to program colleagues including filing, word processing, preparing mailings, faxing information, photocopying and other related duties.
- Engage in professional and courteous interactions with all internal and external customers.
- Answer incoming calls and field questions in areas of expertise. Forward calls to appropriate person or take message when appropriate.
- Contact Providers and track information as needed

Experience
Required- One to three years related professional experience
- High School Diploma
