Resource Planning Analyst

Inclusively is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Resource Planning Analyst.

This role supports the Personal Investing Regional Centers, delivering actionable resource plans that impact over 6,000 associates. These associates within the PI Regional Centers work every day to inspire better futures for our customers, by helping them pursue their dreams and live fulfilled lives. This planning role resides in the Strategic Planning team, which works to ensure PI Regional Centers have the right resources at the right time, to efficiently deliver a world class customer and associate experience.

The Expertise You Have

• Demonstrated aptitude for analyzing data and delivering insights and recommendations so that business stakeholders can make critical decisions
• 3 years of either operations, reporting, workforce management or call center experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline

• You bring quantitative skills that help to identify patterns and trends that can be incorporated into staffing and forecast models
• Your ability to communicate effectively across diverse business partners, proactively raise issues, and solve problems as they arise
• Your attention to detail, strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills, including ability to manage multiple efforts and stakeholders
• Your proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, monitor and respond to unforeseen dependencies, and work under pressure
• You are a flexible team player, and a self-motivated individual that will bring energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role

The Value You Deliver

• Provide clear external hiring plans for each PI contact center that considers the unique needs of each region
• Develop internal hiring plans for every function in each site that balances local resource needs and overall budget demands
• Partner with various levels of the organization to coordinate all training plans and communicate them effectively
• Partner with Real Estate and local sites to understand space availability and impacts to growth rates across each region

At the company, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a company work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.

Certain roles may require candidates to go through a preliminary credit check during the screening process. Candidates who are presented with a company offer will need to go through a background investigation and may be asked to provide additional documentation as requested.
