Inclusively is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Risk Manager.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5 years’ industry experience
- Bachelors’ Degree required
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Prior HR Operational/ Compliance knowledge (a plus)
- Effective use of data analysis and visualization applications
- Demonstrated leadership or project management experience
- Ability to lead working groups and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
- Demonstrated risk management knowledge and experience, including risk assessment, control evaluation and compliance testing
- Knowledge of data analytics capabilities/tools to analyze full populations to surface risk (operational and compliance) or identify control deficiencies
- Understanding of human resources functions and processes
- Strategic thinking by approaching work with an open mind and sense of creativity, and challenging current practices and recommending improvements to mitigate risks and drive positive change
- Works comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal day-to-day supervision with the ability to prioritize and shift focus quickly based on risk/business need
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and impactfully to influence others and builds strong and inclusive working relationships, in person and virtually, with business partners (e.g., HR &Payroll Operations, Global Mobility, Benefits, Corporate Tax and Legal) and colleagues
- Provides supervision, coaching and direction to less experienced associates, as well as training/knowledge sharing as subject matter authority to others
- Adaptable to new information, changing business priorities, input from others, and lessons learned

At the company, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a company work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
At the company, we value honesty, integrity, and the safety of our associates and customers within a heavily regulated industry. Certain roles may require candidates to go through a preliminary credit check during the screening process. Candidates who are presented with a company offer will need to go through a background investigation and may be asked to provide additional documentation as requested. This investigation includes but is not limited to a criminal, civil litigations and regulatory review, employment, education, and credit review (role dependent). These investigations will account for 7 years or more of history, depending on the role. Where permitted by federal or state law, the company will also conduct a pre-employment drug screen, which will review for the following substances: Amphetamines, THC (marijuana), cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine.
