Inclusively is partnering with a safety science company to hire a Wash Bay Attendant - PM Shift.

What you’ll learn & achieve:
Under general supervision, conducts investigations by assembling test setups, recording test data, conducting tests, and assembling and disassembling products, materials and equipment. As instructed, examines basic customer samples and conducts basic laboratory tests. Follows defined test plans and data sheets. Communicates with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation.
- Builds and/or adapts basic setup and test equipment for performance of tests. Performs tests using general laboratory equipment. Performs routine care of designated test equipment and work area. Operates computer terminal to extract/input readily available information and to use available software. As directed follows defined test plans and datasheets. Evaluates test performance and sample operation to properly evaluate test results. Records and explains test results.
- Reads and interprets results of tests. Prepares charts, graphs and reports to explain test results. Examines test samples, reads measuring instruments and reviews test data with supervisor. Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams and operational instructions. As instructed examines customer samples and learns to operate basic tests for each case. Communicates with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation.
- Operates designated laboratory equipment and tools as directed.
- Receives instructions from and reports data to engineers and other laboratory technician staff. Records observed or calculated data on appropriate data sheets. Develops working knowledge of the job, methods, instrumentation and systems.
- Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
- Read and follow the Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
- Performs other duties as directed.

Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
All employees are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 5% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
