Summary:
This position will work with our HR team to provide assistance to the employees, management, and pathologists. Job duties will include filing, updating HRIS system, payroll assistance, benefits assistance, recruiting assistance, event planning, and general HR related duties. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities when needed. Experience in handling confidential information a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing and upkeep of employee personnel files and HRIS system.
- Assist with regulatory reporting as needed (OSHA 300, EEO-1, etc.)
- Assist with internal audits.
- Assist with employee inquiries.
- Assist with event planning and communications.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Assist and backup benefits and recruiting.
- Assist in keeping up with new laws and regulations that affect the workplace.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent / AA preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
