Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical and mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Weld and fabricate as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading schematics and logic controllers
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including welding and fabrication
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
