We are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional relationship-building skills to become the Marketing Director of our Home Care company. In this role, you will oversee our talented marketing team and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies . This role is perfect for someone that is eager to build relationships in-person with nursing homes and hospitals, etc. while also using online-channels to connect more people with our home care services.
In this role, you will receive a competitive base salary of $70,000, complemented by a generous commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- This role requires reliable vehicle as you'll be traveling to /from events, developing community relationships, etc.
- Lead and guide our marketing/ community relationships department
- Craft and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote our home care services to both potential clients and referral sources.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Conceptualize and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, and print media.
- Foster close collaboration within the team to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key referral sources, such as physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate on the creation and deployment of impactful marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to refine strategies as needed.
- Maintain diligent oversight of the marketing department to ensure all team members fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
- Drive the expansion of our coverage territory, contributing to the continual growth of our business.
